Our priority at Aruba Fairy Tales is fulfilling the needs and wishes of clients: assisting them in realizing their dream wedding. This can range from a full blown “soup and nuts” affair for all size groups to intimate symbolic ceremonies at unusual locations.

Primary concern for all brides and grooms is complying with the legal requirements for marriage in Aruba. If you choose to take advantage of our beautiful Stadhuis, or Town Hall, where the required civil ceremonies are conducted, you will not regret it. Various certification of single status are required, and paperwork must be submitted within strict deadlines. You will find our assistance invaluable in these circumstances. Even if only planning a symbolic ceremony on the beach, or one of our other choice locations, proof of legal marriage status is also required to satisfy local laws, again, here is when a wedding planning fully acquainted with all regulations is key to insure a smooth, sweet, enjoyable event.

We at Aruba Fairy Tales offer full service wedding planning management, including coordination and making all arrangements with vendors, like musicians, florists, decorators, transfers, beauty specialists, including church wedding booking with required paperwork and appointment with priest.

We only offer A-La-Carte services, because we strongly believe that our Brides deserve to be free to choose what they want and how they want it to be. Our Brides are intelligent, special and unique individual women. And so should their wedding be. No matter how small, simple, elaborated, or chic and elegant, every wedding is special, special and tasteful, starting from scratch for each and every bride, because we really love what we do, and we do what we love.

Our preferred method of communication is by emails and skype meetings. We also meet in person with couples visiting the island for a free consultation, we show them around the options available based on their wishes. Before the day of the wedding, we always have our Meet & Greet session with the couple to go over all details and timeline once more to ensure everything is according to plan. Finally when the big day arrives, our team will execute the event as planned, starting in the morning till end of reception, making sure that all guests are enjoying the wedding celebration together with the newlyweds. The last part is not necessary for couples arriving from a cruise ship or for couples only doing a simple ceremony.
